Summary Description:
As a Crew Member at SORCE Landscape Contracting LLC, you are the backbone of our operation! Your work directly contributes to the creation of exceptional outdoor spaces for our residential and commercial clients. Whether it’s installing patios, building retaining walls, or maintaining gardens, you’ll play a key role in turning visions into reality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with landscape construction and maintenance projects, including planting, hardscaping, and lawn installations.
• Operate commercial-grade equipment, such as trimmers, blowers, and mowers.
• Perform tasks like mulching, pruning, weeding, and seasonal cleanups.
• Maintain tools, trucks, and equipment to ensure they are in excellent condition.
• Follow instructions from the Crew Foreman to complete projects on time and to high standards.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Requirements:
• Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly and 80 pounds occasionally.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment (training provided).
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.

As a Crew Foreman at SORCE Landscape Contracting LLC, you are the leader of the front-line team. You’ll manage and motivate Crew Members to deliver outstanding landscaping projects for our clients. From creating patios to maintaining pristine lawns, you’ll oversee every aspect of the job, ensuring quality and professionalism every step of the way.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of Crew Members on landscaping projects.
• Read and interpret project plans to ensure accurate execution.
• Operate and oversee the use of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Provide hands-on guidance and training to Crew Members.
• Monitor job progress, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate with clients and management to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance on job sites.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
